Little Busy Baby are committed to providing you with quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a no questions asked 60 days unused or damaged return policy and a 120-days parts protection warranty. After 60 days your purchase can be returned for an exchange.
120 Days Parts and Protection Warranty Return:
Anytime during the 120-day period if your purchase breaks or does not function properly as intended, you may exchange it with the same item purchased.
Holiday returns are honored from 12/01/2023 through 03/01/2024.
Purchases eligible for return are: Unused in the original packaging, defective in the original packaging, purchases not received due to shipping error, and purchases that fall under the 120 days parts protection warranty return policy.
To be eligible for a return during the 60 days return period, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to receive an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without the RMA number written on the return package.
To start a return contact, us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with an RMA number and return label. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the parcel.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If you decide to exchange your purchase, depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery, that does not fall under the warranty.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Final Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to the contact information received when purchased.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to someone other than the purchaser, we will send a refund to the purchaser of the gift.
