Little Busy Baby are committed to providing you with quality products.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a no questions asked 60 days return policy.

 

 

 Purchases eligible for return are:                                                                                                                                                     

60 day returns unused in the original packaging, defective in the original packaging, and purchases not received due to a shipping error. 

To be eligible for a return during the 60 days return period, your item must be returned no later than 60 days after received, and all eligible return conditions met.  Purchases outside of the 60 days return policy are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made during the 60 days return policy.   Exchanges are exchanged with the same item purchased. If you need to exchange, please send us an email at support@littlebusybaby.com.

 

 

Return Process/Shipping:

To start a return contact, us at support@littlebusybaby.com.  We will provide you with an RMA number and return label.  The RMA number must be written on the outside of the parcel.

Returns will not be accepted without the RMA number written on the return package.  Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Gifts can only be exchanged.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to the contact information received when purchased.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to someone other than the purchaser, we will send a refund to the purchaser of the gift.
